Dr Sarah has a PhD in behavioural neuroscience, and experience providing therapeutic support to diverse clients of all ages. She is passionate about supporting people to identify their goals, and empowering individuals to overcome any challenge that comes their way. Dr Sarah believes in providing a holistic, collaborative and evidence-based approach toward intervention, helping her clients achieve positive and meaningful outcomes. This includes a focus on psychological and physical wellbeing, and resilience building. Dr Sarah has experience delivering CBT based and solution-focused therapies and has worked with diverse populations. She has experience supporting clients with work-related stress, addiction, disordered eating, ex-offender history, marital discord, anxiety, depression and trauma.
