Mathew is a graduate from Southern Cross University Gold Coast completing a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Mathew is passionate about promoting health and well-being and guiding people of all walks of life to be healthy and happy in their lives. Mathew strongly believes in providing a holistic, evidence-based approach toward helping his clients achieve their goals and work towards improving their daily lives incorporating both physical and mental health and well-being into a client-focused plan.
