With more than 15 years' experience in chronic disease management, physical training and rehabilitation my aim is to help you achieve your own health goals. My history of providing both clinical treatment and sport specific training allows me to work with people within our community through to Olympic athletes.
As a key member of your health team, I provide you with specific and individualized assessments, education, guided and specific exercise prescriptions that help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals to live life to the fullest.
