Kicking Goals Program

We are pleased to announce the launch of Humanity Code, in conjunction with Care Squared’s pilot Kicking Goals Program. Kicking Goals is led by former QLD Maroons star, and CEO of Humanity Code, David Shillington. The program has been designed to connect NDIS participants with sporting clubs across Australia, creating fun, inspiring and extraordinary ways to facilitate – and meet – participant’s NDIS goals. Carers and support workers are empowered to connect with, and learn alongside, their family members and/or participant during program attendance.

The program will be rolled out across Australian capital cities. To date, the program has been launched in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra, with more cities to be announced soon.

David Shillington, said “The program has been an immediate success in providing an opportunity for participants to come down and meet the NRL players, get some photos and have some conversations, learn about good mental health and building social connections and have a lot of fun along the way.”

“The smiles on their faces and the feedback given has been priceless. We can’t wait to continue providing this opportunity to more participants across Australia and alongside a variety of different sports.”
